Available this week at The Outsiders as part of our ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ special: a brand new print from Morley and blitzing mini canvases from Kelsey Brookes. Plus: come up and seeDavid Choe’s etchings (his collaborator DVS1’s, too...)
David Choe uses ornate and exquisite artwork to express a voracious, often feral, philosophy. He’s illustrated the title sequence for 'Juno', LP covers for Jay-Z, plus he’s a favourite of Mark Zuckerberg and Heidi Fleiss. DVS1 is David’s long-time collaborator. Both ‘A Hooker’s Tears’ and ‘Little Death’ were hand-engraved onto copper plate by the artists at our Execution Dockstudio and printed using an etching press. Kelsey Brookes makes psychedelic art for our era. His mind-blowing work stands alone on the precipice of human perception, and you can take the trip home in the shape of one of these studies from his ‘Desires of the Soul’ show last month at The Outsiders London. Morley plasters Hollywood in encouraging slogans that wryly remind us to laugh, love, and fear nothing. He’s also a hopeless romantic so here’s ‘I love you because we Hate the Same Stuff’, a heartfelt paean to everyone else who’s correctly identified what to despise.
All are available at 16:00 GMT (that's 17:00 on continental Europe, 11:00 on the east coast of the USA and 8:00 on the west coast) on their specified day of release.
