"At one time, Axman Surplus in St. Paul had a random assortment of posters that you could buy for $1; the problem was there were only a few copies of each. Ryan bought out the selection of giant Jesus The Lamb posters (fucking enormous, probably 5 feet wide and 3.5 feet tall) and built a monstrous silkscreen (or cleaned and "borrowed" someone else's thought-to-be-abandoned monstrous silkscreen) to print this mother. I think he only printed two or three at most, he doesn't have a copy of this poster either. The main "mask" image is of course taken from The Book of Survival, the entire design was painted directly onto the screen (no photo emulsion) and the blood-type is rendered as only Ryan can render it.."
